Energetic Raw Breakfast

Exo-Chia



This Healthy Breakfast recipe is recommended by my Naturopath, Emilia  @ Inspiration Emilia

Raw Ingredients:
Chia Seeds mixed with Pumpkin seeds and Goji Berries
Organic Seeds:
Chia seeds
Flax seeds

Organic Fruits: 
Blackberries
Blueberries
Strawberries
Raspberries
Mango

Organic Sweetner:
Maple Syrup or Honey
Organic Milk:(Not Cow milk)
Premium Coconut Milk

Coconut Milk













2 tb.s chia seeds
1tb.s flax seeds
1 hand full of berries
1 cup coconut milk
1 t.s. maple syrup


Heat the coconut milk without boiling. Put the chia in a bowl then pour the warm milk, wait 5 minutes then add all the other ingredients.
