Fruity Smoothie

Smoothie - a good drink to have anytime, any day!

Freshen your soul!

Fruity Smoothie

Goji, Flax seeds, Water, Strawberries, Pear
Organic Ingredients:

Seeds:
1 Tbs of Flax seeds


Dried Fruits:
1 t.t.s Goji berries
2 Dried apricots

Fruits:
Blackberries, Raspberries, Blueberries
Strawberries
Blackberries
Blueberries
Raspberries
1 Kiwi
1 Banana
1 Pear

Equipment:
Blender or a Vitamix

1 cup of water




Adding the Kiwi

Then the Banana












Mix all in a blender, or a Vita-mix

Serves 3 cups
