Coucher de Soleil

Feeling like a salad, good way to keep on eating green.

Coucher de Soleil

Raw Organic Ingredients:
Greens:
Lettuce
Parsley

Veggies:
Purple cabbage
Avocados
Lime or Lemon

Oil:
Flax seed oil


Sweetener:
Honey

Others:
Sea Salt
Nama shoyu
Apple cider vinegar


Prepare:
Mixing the ingredients
8 cups lettuce (any kind you like), chopped 
2 cups purple cabbage, minced
1 cup
parsley, finely chopped
2 avocados, peeled and diced
2 Tbsp. flax seed oil, or olive oil
1
lime or lemon, juice of
2 Tbsp.
apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. honey diluted in I Tbsp. water 
pinch of sea salt
dash of nama shoyu, or tamari sauce


Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Or, you can also start by mixing the last 7 ingredients in a bowl first, and then add the remaining ingredients. 
Serves 3-5.
