Pear-Apple Smoothie

My morning smoothie, something refreshing to start the day.
I doubled the ingredients as I served 4 cups.
Pear-Apple Smoothie

Raw Organic Ingredients:
Fruits:
1 apple
1 pear
 

Seeds:
2 Tbsp. ground flax seeds 

Sweetener:
1 Tbsp. honey, or 2-3 pittted dates 

Liquid:
1/2 cup coconut water (I will use 2 Tbsp. coconut milk and add water)

Equipment:
Vitamix or a blender

Cut apple and pear into chunks, discarding the cores. Blend with the rest of the ingredients.
